We currently only deliver within Germany, Switzerland, Monaco and the counties of the EU.

Please note:

For deliveries to Switzerland, additional costs such as import VAT (8.1%), customs duties, and handling fees charged by the shipping provider (e.g., DHL) may apply.

These charges are imposed by the Swiss customs authorities and must be paid directly by you as the recipient.

The amount of these fees depends on the value of the goods, weight, and product type.

We have no influence over these costs and cannot provide exact amounts in advance.

3. Delivery times

The delivery time within Germany is approximately 2–4 working days.

The delivery time within EU and Monaco is approximately 4–7 working days.
Please note that no deliveries are made on weekends and public holidays.
4. Shipping service provider
We ship our parcels with DHL, Hermes, DPD,UPS.
After shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number so you can track your package at any time.
5. Shipment tracking
As soon as your order has left our warehouse, we will send you an email with a tracking link to track your delivery.
6. Shipping delays
In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, high parcel volume) may cause delays. In this case, we will, of course, inform you immediately.
7. Damaged or lost shipments
If your order is damaged or hasn't arrived, please contact our customer service at info@feminite-fatale.com or via WhatsApp +4915168463040. We will find a solution as soon as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
1. Return Period
You can return unworn and unwashed clothing within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note that the period begins on the day the goods are received.
2. Condition of the Items
Returned items must be in their original condition, meaning:

Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

With all original tags and packaging
Items showing signs of use cannot be accepted for return.
3. Exceptions
The following items are excluded from exchange and return:

Underwear, swimwear, and socks (for hygienic reasons)

Personalized or custom-made products

Discounted goods (depending on promotion conditions)
4. Return Process
Please send the goods back in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging components.
If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the goods were faulty or incorrectly delivered.

5. Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned items, the refund will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
6. Exchange
A direct exchange is currently not possible. If you want an item in a different size or color, please place a new order.
